Servicing residential clients for over 20 years and strive to provide each homeowner the most accurate information on the "health" of their home.  

We have had the opportunity to deal with a wide array of clients concerned about their homes.  From everyday homeowner to clinically diagnosed functional medicine patients (CIRS, Lyme, etc.).  

• The assessment typically begins with a review of the property history with the homeowners in order to gain an understanding of any historical water issues or renovations completed within the home.  
• This is followed by a brief history of any health issues the homeowners may have which may be a result of the conditions in the home.  
• Our assessments include a full room by room inspection identifying any concerns relating to fungal growth or water intrusions.
• The room by room assessment includes notes on temperature / humidity / condensation concerns identified during the assessment
• A full report of our findings is issued with every assessment along with recommendations for remedial action as well as a cost estimate for remediation.

All too often we receive calls from concerned contractors that have started renovations and uncovered materials potentially hazardous to themselves, and building tenants. Avoid these situations by having our team complete a Pre-Renovation Hazardous Materials Assessment of your work area. 

We recommend that any property constructed prior to 1990 have an assessment completed prior to renovation.

• Non-destructive testing to determine any hidden or concealed hazardous materials. (Upon request, destructive testing can be preformed as well)
• Nationally accredited laboratory analytical results.
• AHERA protocol bulk sampling strategy.
• Full assessment report issued, including recommendations and cost estimate for remedial action.
